Terms of service
Effective 1 August 2026 · Draft for legal review before launch
The service
Onelo provides a healthcare services platform connecting you with registered medical practitioners (RMPs), at-home diagnostics, and health coaching. Onelo is not a pharmacy, does not sell medicines, and does not advertise any medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Medical care
All consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Prescriptions, if any, are issued solely at the treating RMP's discretion after consultation and, where required, diagnostics. No prescription is promised or implied by enrolment. Doctors' names and registration numbers are displayed before consultation and on every prescription.
Eligibility and honesty
The programme is for adults aged 18 to 65 resident in India. You agree to provide accurate health information; care decided on inaccurate information can be unsafe.
Fees, EMI, and refunds
Programme fees are stated at purchase and cover consultations, diagnostics, coaching, and delivery as described. Medication, if prescribed, is billed separately by the dispensing pharmacy at its price. You may cancel anytime; unused full months are refunded within 7 working days. No-cost EMI, where offered, is provided by our payment partners on their terms.
Results
Health outcomes vary by individual. Onelo makes no guarantee of any outcome, including any change in weight or laboratory values.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, Onelo's liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.
